Annual hosting fees are generally non-refundable after hosting services have been provisioned. At our discretion, a partial refund may be considered where cancellation occurs shortly after activation and minimal resources have been used.
Domain registrations are purchased through third-party registrars.
Once a domain name has been registered, renewed or transferred, no refunds are available. This is because domain registrations are immediately processed and fees paid to third-party registry operators and registrars cannot usually be recovered.
